Hygge? (or things I learned from our cat…)

Hustle/Grind Culture got you down? Screw it. To hell with it! Put it down, turn it off, jump off the treadmill. Life is short. Time is yours. A hundred years from now, will it… ? Do your best. Do what matters. Do good. Love your cat, your dog, your cow, your goldfish, your mom, your partner, sunshine, rainfall, fresh air, a nice breeze. Smell the roses. Stand in the stream in your bare feet. Close your eyes and raise your head and hands to the sunlight (or to the rain), and smile broadly and openly, un-selfconsciously. Forget your individual self for a moment and feel your interconnectedness to everything around and beyond your immediate perception. Be humbled. Be uplifted. Smile! Take the time. Take it in. And smile! Live. Love. Think. Witness. Speak up. And smile! Be helpful. Be kind to others. Be kind to yourself. Be quiet. Be still. Listen. Be genuine. Be. And smile, smile, smile! That is what we were born to do. Treat each and every moment as a new beginning, both yours and the world’s. Start a revolution: REJECT hate, enslavement, deceit, power; EMBRACE and normalize Peace, Love, and Kindness. There is no room in our short lives for anything but these Essentials, and these three essentials open the whole universe! Anything else is simply a distraction from the Essential.
